Just over 3km to ATU, very frequent bus service right to the front of our home (401 & 409) Nice, safe neighbourhood. within walking distance of shops, cafe's, gyms etc. The room has 2 x single beds, wardrobe, desk & chair as well as the ensuite bathroom. This would ideally suite 2 friends sharing. (The room is for 2 persons, not 1 person) We also have a small adjacent room which could be used if there were 3 friends. We are a nice family home located 3.6km from ATU, we are serviced by two regular bus services the 409 & 401 both passing ATU and onwards to Galway city & Salthill. The bus stop is located in the green in front of our home. We are offering room only from Sunday evening to Friday morning. There are no cooking facilities, however you will have use of the kitchen to have breakfast (Cereal,Tea & Toast) and use the fridge/freezer & microwave to heat up pre prepared meals and eat meals. Our previous students brought their 4 pre prepared dinners from home each week, this worked very well for all of us, as we are a busy family and our kitchen/living area is open plan. There is a seperate TV room and a lovely covered patio area which the students can use also. No parties or overnight guests. Quite hours between 10.30pm to 7.30am. All bills included, including fibre 5G Broadband. Loan of bycycles also available.
