The accommodation is located directly adjacent to the main part of the home, separated by an internal wall. Sound can carry, so it would best suit someone who enjoys and contributes to a quiet living environment. The property is non-smoking and not suitable for pets.
The accommodation is well-equipped however we are adding some final furnishings to make the future tenant as comfortable as possible. It will be fully finished and available from September 1st.
