The house is 15 minute walk from ATU Wellpark Campus, 30 minute walk (10 min cycle) from both ATU Dublin Road and Eyre Square. Bus service 405 to Eyre Square is 5 mins away. The house is owner occupied (female, 40s) and I would ideally like a female tenant.
The bedroom includes a double bed with an ensuite, spacious wardrobe, and underbed storage. The private ensuite has a power shower.
The contract is for min of 8 months, Sept 1st 2025 - April 30th 2026.
Included in rent: Parking, broadband, TV licence, electricity, heating, bin collection, and household sundries.
Not included: Food & beverages.
You will have access to the kitchen for cooking, dining area, sitting room, and garden.
Rent is €750pm (includes all bills) accommodation for 5 days per week (Sunday to Friday). The deposit is 1 months rent in advance; rent is due on the 1st of each month.
