Owner occupied with a baby , so will not suit if tenant is going out or coming home late. Will need to be comfortable with our 6 year old Labrador who is friendly but excitable and will likely greet you at the door sometimes with a bark! This is also why the late returns don't work for us as he will wake our baby.
