Student Property Details

We provide accommodation in shared and self-catering residential properties for guests aged 18 and over. We welcome students and working professionals of all nationalities, as well as individuals and couples.

To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, all properties operate under the same house rules: parties, overnight guests, and smoking are strictly prohibited.

2026 Terms & Conditions
(Subject to review for 2027)

• Double room (2 sharing): €380/week 

• Double room (1 individual): €320/week 
• Twin room (2 sharing): €200/week per person 
• Rent is charged every 4 weeks
• Bills & utilities contribution: €30/week per person
• Minimum stay: 4 weeks
• Minimum check-out notice: 4 weeks

• Booking Fee 250 euro  REDUCED TO  50 euro (one-off payment) 
• Security deposit: 4 weeks rental per person

Twin / Double Room Policy
Twin and double rooms are rented as a full room, not per bed. Tenants are responsible for arranging their own roommate. QuickGalway does not provide replacement tenants during the tenancy period. If one occupant leaves early, the full room rent remains payable and all tenants (and guarantors, where applicable) remain jointly responsible.

Utilities Policy
Electricity usage is monitored monthly. In cases of excessive consumption beyond reasonable use, additional costs may be divided among occupants and added to the rent.
