Accommodation Details:

• Detached bungalow with 6 single bedrooms.
• Shared kitchen, dining room, sitting room and two bathrooms with showers.
• Rear garden and parking for approximately three cars.
• Located at Eircode F92 DDW3, approximately a 25-minute walk from ATU via a pedestrian walkway.
• Letterkenny University Hospital and Glencar Shopping Centre are both nearby.
• All bedrooms are fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and each room has its own lock and key.

The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, cooker hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezers, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Each tenant also has their own allocated storage space in the kitchen and dining room.
