The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet residential area in Oranmore village. Only a short walk to all shops and local amenities. Served well by public transport to ATU and to Galway city - bus-stops only minutes away and train station a 20 minute walk. Free parking is also available directly outside the apartment.
Heating, electricity, WiFi, TV licence all included in the rent.
The room would be best suited to mature students or to workers looking for 5-day week accomodation.

- No overnight guests
- Kitchen, living and bathroom facilities must be left clean after use.
- Quiet hours between 11:00PM and 7:00AM
- Be mindful that owner remote works two days per week.
