You'd share a spacious modern bathroom with one other person. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi and everything modern you'd expect. The people here are easy to live with — everyone does their bit, which is exactly why the place stays so relaxed.

The location Roscam is handy for ATU — about a 10-minute bus ride, with bus routes to Galway city centre 400m away. Also close to Parkmore, Ballybrit, Mervue and the Galway Clinic. Local shops (SPAR, chemist, LIDL) and the sea are all within walking distance.

The practical bits

Available: 1st November 2026 to the end of May 2027. This is a fixed-term agreement.

Rent: €180 per week, all bills included — including a professional cleaner twice a month.

Payable: the 1st of every month.

Deposit: one month's deposit. No pets, no smoking.
