💶 Weekly Rent
€160 per person per week – 2 students sharing
€120 per person per week – 3 students sharing
Sunday evening to Friday morning (5 nights per week) throughout the academic year.

📚 Academic Year Accommodation
The room is reserved exclusively for you for the entire academic year.
The weekly rent is payable for the full academic term, including Christmas, Easter, Halloween and Reading Week, when it is anticipated that students will normally return home.
This arrangement allows us to reserve the room exclusively for you for the entire academic year. The weekly rate has been reduced to reflect this commitment, ensuring your accommodation remains available whenever college resumes.
💳 Payment Terms
One month's security deposit is required in advance to secure your place.
The deposit is non-refundable if you leave before the end of the agreed academic year, unless otherwise agreed.
One week's rent is payable in advance each week.
