Sunday Evening to Friday Morning (5 Nights Per Week)

A modern, clean, warm and comfortable triple room with its own private en-suite bathroom, located in a welcoming family home.

The room includes:

1 set of bunk beds

Kitchen Facilities

To maintain the smooth running of our family home, full cooking facilities are not available. Students are welcome to:

Use the microwave to heat prepared meals

Prepare light snacks

Store food in the fridge

Use their allocated cupboard space

Many previous students found this arrangement worked very well by bringing prepared meals for the college week.

Academic Term Arrangement

This accommodation is available for Sunday evening to Friday morning each week during the academic year.

The weekly rate of €140 per person applies for every week of the academic term, including Christmas, Reading Week, Easter and Halloween breaks, when it is expected that you will not be staying at the accommodation. This reduced weekly rate reflects this arrangement and allows us to reserve the accommodation exclusively for you throughout the academic year.

Payment Terms

A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required before moving in to secure your place.

The deposit will be retained if you leave the accommodation before the end of the agreed academic year, unless otherwise agreed with the homeowner.

One week's rent is payable in advance each week throughout the academic term.

Our Home

This is a friendly family home, and we are looking for respectful, considerate students who appreciate a quiet, comfortable place to live while attending college.

We ask that students:

Respect shared spaces and keep noise to a reasonable level.

Have no overnight guests.

Visitors are by prior agreement with the homeowner only.

Use the accommodation as a comfortable weekday home while attending college and enjoy the peaceful environment it offers.
