The house in WHITESTRAND PARK, Galway, situated on two levels, boasts spacious common areas and fully furnished private bedrooms, making it ideal for both students and professionals.
The property is situated in a quiet residential area, close to both the seaside resort of Salthill and the Spanish Arch. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, supermarkets, and a variety of shops.
The bedrooms are either single or double (with single or double beds), equipped with an internal sink, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and desks.
Guests share a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, two complete bathrooms (recently renovated), one small bathroom, a comfortable living/dining room, storage spaces, and a bright garden at the back. It is possible to park up to two cars inside the property free of charge.
Our locations are strictly no party, no overnight guests, and no smoking.

Here are the terms and conditions applied:
Option 1: The weekly rate for a single room is 290 euro (1 occupant)
Option 2: The weekly rate for a full twin/double room is 350 euro (if 1 occupant for individual use)
Option 3: The weekly rate for a full twin/double room is 220 euro//occupant (if 2 occupants sharing) *)
Rent is charged every 4 weeks
Bills&Utilities contribution is 25 euro/week per person (**)
A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)
The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks
The rental agreement must start not later than the 7th of January 2026
A security deposit equal to 4 weeks of rent per person is required.

The twin or double room is rented as a single unit, not on a per-bed basis. QuickGalway is not responsible for replacing tenants during the tenancy period. If a tenant leaves prematurely, the full weekly rent remains due, and all tenants and guarantor form signatories are jointly responsible for paying the entire amount.

Electricity usage will be monitored monthly. In the event of unreasonable excess energy consumption, any additional cost will be divided among all occupants at that time and added to the rental payment.
