This detached 3 bedroom house is on the coast 4 km outside Kinvara village. It is very scenic with a beautiful garden. There is parking in the driveway.  There are houses around with a good community of neighbours. The beach and a small pub are within walking distance. Kinvara is a great place to shop for all the essentials and bigger supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Supervalue and Dunnes Stores are only 20 minutes drive away in the small town of Gort. There's a GP service and pharmacy in the village of Kinvara. The area is very mixed in its population and the village is famous for music of all kinds, but expecially Irish traditional music. It's a friendly place and easy to meet people and is situated in the magical Burren hills.
The house is wood frame and easy to heat. We use a mixed energy system - of solar powered electricity and a wood stove to heat radiators in the living areas and hot water. On very cold days we use electric heaters on timers. Solar panels are installed which reduces energy costs. There's 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs and a large open kitchen living room area with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, slow cooker, and air fryer with space for food storage. There is good wifi coverage.
