Student Property Details

We have three bedrooms available to rent in our house for this coming acadmic year, September 2025 - May 2026.  Our house is a large, dormer bunglow with the three bedrooms upstairs available to let.  There is also an open plan sitting room area upstairs.  One of the bedrooms is ensuite.  The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom between them.  One of the rooms is pictured above.  It is a large bedroom with a double bed, bedroom furniture, desk and chair.  The ensuite room has a double bed, bedroom furniture and a desk and chair, and an ensuite bathroom.   The third room is a smaller, cosy room.  It has a single bed, desk and chair with a wardrobe and open shelving.  The house has wooden floors throughout.  Dinner and breakfast (cereal, toast, tea,) are included.  The students will have access to fibre broadband which we have in the house.    As we live approx 3 miles from the furniture college in Letterfrack, you have to have a car to get back and forth to the college.  There is no public transport available.  There is plenty of parking available outside our house.    There is an open plan seating area upstairs that you are all welcome to use too.  We serve dinner at 6.15 daily. This will be our fifth year keeping students in our home.  Our own two children are away at college and have their own bedrooms downstairs for when they return home.  Dinnr is a fresh, homecooked meal on Monday to Thursday evening, e.g lasagne, chili concarne, chicken roast dinner, etc.
