A modern, self-contained one-bedroom apartment is available for weekly rental, ideal for a mature student seeking a quiet and convenient base during the academic week. The apartment is part of a brand-new home, approximately 20km from Galway city, with excellent transport links.
Apartment Features:
- Fully furnished with own entrance, bedroom (double bed), bathroom, living room, and kitchen
- Kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, washer/dryer (no dishwasher)
- Plenty of storage; TV stand provided (no TV supplied)
- Underfloor heating controlled in main house; bins, heating, and hot water included
- Electricity and Wi-Fi not included (tenants provide their own internet via hotspot or 5G dongle)
- Parking space available directly outside apartment
Bins & Rubbish:
- Two outdoor wheelie bins: one for general waste, one for recycling
- Small indoor bins will be provided for food and general waste; all rubbish must be bagged before using the outdoor bins
Transport:
- Bus stop 900m from the apartment with regular services into Galway city
- Morning bus arrives in the city before 9am, evening return buses home by 7.30pm at the latest

- Burkes bus and Bus Eireann buses also go from Loughgeorge or Claregalway to Galway, (which is a 6min drive with space to park car for the day if needed)
Rental Terms:
- Weekly rental (€290) from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon only, rent is continuously a week in advance, payable every Friday for the following week
- Deposit: €1160 + one week’s rent in advance
- Length of stay: academic year, subject to upkeep and maintenance of the apartment
- Single occupancy only
- Tenants must provide their own bed linen and towels
- No smoking, no pets, no parties, no overnight guests, minimal noise due to proximity to family home
- Tenant responsible for cleaning and general upkeep; landlord will carry out routine maintenance checks
