We offer accommodation solutions in shared and self-catering apartments/houses, fully furnished and serviced for guests over 18 years only. Mixed genders, mixed nationalities, individuals and couples, students and workers.

All the common areas and home facilities are shared. Our locations are strictly no party, no overnight guests, and no smoking. All-inclusive rates and flexible payment conditions are applied. 

Here are the terms and conditions applied for 2026 and will be reviewed for 2027: 

Option 1: The weekly rate for a single room is 290 euro  (1 occupant) 

Option  2: The weekly rate for a full twin/double room is 220 euro  euro/occupant (if 2 occupants sharing) (5 euro/pp supplement required if ensuite) (*)

Rent is charged every 4 weeks

Bills&Utilities contribution is 25 euro/week per person (**)

A minimum stay is 4 weeks, and the maximum stay is 6 months (or a longer fixed term for academic students)

The minimum check-out notice is 4 weeks 

A security deposit equal to 4 weeks of rent per person is required. (*)

The twin or double room is rented as a single unit, not on a per-bed basis. QuickGalway is not responsible for replacing tenants during the tenancy period. If a tenant leaves prematurely, the full weekly rent remains due, and all tenants and guarantor form signatories are jointly responsible for paying the entire amount.

Electricity usage will be monitored monthly. In the event of unreasonable excess energy consumption, any additional cost will be divided among all occupants at that time and added to the rental payment.
